Our client, a long established company based in Heywood is looking to recruit a new member of their Administrator/Telesales team.
Hours: 9.00am – 17.00pm
Salary: £8.92 per Hour
Breaks: 2 x 15 minutes
Lunch: 1 x 60 minutes
Holidays: 20 Days per Annum Plus Bank Holidays
·The main core business is selling into Fast Food Markets.
·Inbound Calls – As part of a busy office environment, the individual will be expected to handle incoming calls, in a professional and helpful manner.
·Counter Sales Service – you will be expected to serve customers who come into Head Office, dealing face to face with customer’s needs, producing paperwork and taking payment.
·Reception – Meet and greet and register all visitors and advise the relevant manager of their arrival.
·Provide holiday cover for main tele-sales staff for a minimum of 20 weeks of the year.
·Outbound Telesales Calls – You will make between 250-300 calls per week to an existing customer base to obtain their orders for a 24 hours turn around service.
·Up Selling – offering customers a variety of Monthly Special Offers to build product sales and purchases and improving order fill.
·Sales Order Processing – All orders obtained will be processed accurately for next day delivery – this will include data input, documentation and invoice production for our team of drivers.
·Using and Updating Call Management system.
·Cash Handling – Accurately balancing paperwork and cash from Sales Generation.
·Manage the daily Waste Oil Collection Service by updating customer collections and deliveries on an Excel spreadsheet.
·All candidates should have the ability to work as part of a team.
This position will become permanent after 12 weeks for the right person.
