Lettings Manager

With an excellent local reputation, our client is a successful, independent Estate Agency.
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to run the Lettings department.
Responsibilities:
  • Day to day management of office and team
  • Maintaining relationships with Landlords and tenants
  • Dealing with enquiries from applicants
  • Dealing effectively with any queries and issues that arise
  • Processing payments
  • Keeping company website up to date with current properties and new instructions
Skills and experience required:
  • Previous Lettings or Estate Agency experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise workload and deal effectively with any problems which arise
  • Good Administrative skills
Salary is negotiable dependant upon experience.
