A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to run the Lettings department.
- Day to day management of office and team
- Maintaining relationships with Landlords and tenants
- Dealing with enquiries from applicants
- Dealing effectively with any queries and issues that arise
- Processing payments
- Keeping company website up to date with current properties and new instructions
Skills and experience required:
- Previous Lettings or Estate Agency experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to prioritise workload and deal effectively with any problems which arise
- Good Administrative skills
Salary is negotiable dependant upon experience.
