On behalf of our client, a specialist manufacturing company located in Littleborough, we are recruiting for an Administrator, to work on a part time basis. Hours of work are approx 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities and duties include;
Performing a variety of administrative functions
Generating reports which include stock control, risk assessments, H&S etc….
Answering calls and providing accurate information
Composing memos, transcribing notes and other secretarial duties e.g. minutes
Liaison with other team members
Working closely with the Production Manager
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate;
·Excellent I T skills, which must include a good level of Word, Outlook & Excel capabilities
·Previous experience of working in a production environment e.g planning / stock control would be an advantage
·Knowledge of HACCP / BRC / H&S would also be advantageous
·Ability to multitask and handle multiple ongoing projects
·A flexible, helpful attitude
·Previous experience in a similar role
The position is offered on temporary to permanent contract.
