Sales Co-Ordinator

Our Client based in Irlam is looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join a small team to cover maternity leave. This position will be long term until approximately April 2018 and could lead to a permanent position.

Full time hours 37.5 hours per week. Ideal candidate will be flexible to ensure the office is covered from 8.30am to 5pm.
Duties
  • Processing orders
  • Monitoring and planning of warehouse inventories
  • Internal and external co-ordination of customer delivery deadlines
  • Account Management, supporting existing customers and ensuring all information and data is up to date.
  • Processing returns and complaints
  • Drafting of sample letters
  • Tracking new customer requests and keeping a record of new orders
  • Sales support for the external sales staff
  • Administration and maintenance of sales documentation and samples
  • Negotiating with other departments
  • Working closely with Sales Manager where necessary
You will have strong customer care skills, able to work independently and able to commit to the long term temporary assignment.
