Our Client is an expanding Company who are one of the largest suppliers in the UK in its particular field.
Due to expansion they are now seeking a Sales Support Assistant to provide vital support to the National Sales team.
Day to day duties:
Providing support to Area Sales Managers which will include setting up and managing customer accounts.
Processing sales orders
Point of contact for customers within the office
Handing important administrative tasks
Maintaining ecommerce data
Maintaining CRM system
Contributing to quality Customer Service and help the Sales team meet its’ targets
Skills and experience required:
We require candidates with good organisational skills to coordinate all aspects of Sales Administration. Must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail to process orders quickly and efficiently.
Must also be good communicators, working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers.
This is a new role and it is envisaged for the team to grow in 2017 to include 4 Sales Support staff.
Salary 16-18k depending on skills and experience
Based in Heywood
Hours 9-5 Monday to Friday
