Sales Support Administrator

Our client, a prestigious and expanding company and a leader in its particular field currently has a vacancy for an experienced Sales Support Administrator. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long term career and to grow within the company.
Hours of work 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Duties:
  • Liaising with customers to book work in
  • Creating customer quotations
  • Updating existing customer files
  • Sales Administration
  • Answering customer calls
  • Supporting Sales Director
Skills and experience required:
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Professionally minded
  • High skill level of Excel
  • Familiar with “Bookmarks” in Microsoft Word
