Our Client is looking for a Scheduler/Bookings Administrator on a permanent basis.
Working alongside a Service Co-ordinator within a busy service and maintenance department.
Booking engineer visits for customers UK wide
Building relationships with customers and being their point of contact for any issues/queries/complaints while giving excellent customer service.
Liaising with customers to arrange times, dates and locations for Engineers.
Appointment scheduling and booking to engineer diaries taking into account time and geography
You will be pragmatic have a great attention to detail with excellent communication skills and a hands on approach.
Managing a team of 14 engineers, 6 in the South and 8 in the North.
Salary £18-21K for the right person.
